Gymnastics Grips

Grips are recommended only for competitive gymnasts (upon the coach's decision) and can be bought by contacting the following supplier directly. There are others in the market, but we have found the grips to be good, well-priced and we have found delivery to be prompt.
Payment with your credit card will allow for very fast delivery.
We recommend that each gymnast who has been told to wear grips for practice should own two (2) pairs of grips (broken in) AT ALL TIMES !
For more information on grips and their use/care, please consult your child's coach.
There are various sizes that are available at Final Goal Athletics, but we find that most gymnasts who start out with them (ages 8-11) find a good fit with the "Lady 2" size.
